Where Does Estellecote Ship?

  • APO/FPO addresses are eligible for package delivery by the US Postal Service
  • Alaska and Hawaii are eligible only for Expedited shipping

 

When Will My Order Ship?

Your Estimated Delivery Date will be given during checkout and is based on the products selected, shipping address, and shipping method. This timeframe includes both processing time and the time your item is in transit. Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include federal holidays within the United States.


What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Estellecote offers many fast and convenient ways to get you your items purchased online including small-item shipping methods, large-item shipping methods, in-store pick up and gift cards. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Small Item Shipping Methods and Transit Time:

Small items include products like apparel and footwear. Three shipping methods are available:

  • Standard shipping, 2-5 business days
  • Expedited shipping, 2 business days
  • Express shipping, 1 business day

Please Note: Your order must be received prior to 2:00 p.m. EST, or it will not be processed until the next business day. Expedited shipping is available for select products. You can view complete shipping options for your product in your shopping cart. The estimated delivery date for your order will be provided on the order review page prior to completing the order.


Large Item Shipping Methods:

Large items exceeding a certain weight limit, like treadmills, gun safes and basketball hoops cannot be sent by traditional package delivery and must be shipped via a large-item carrier.

Large-item shipping methods may include:

  • Curbside Delivery Your item will be delivered curbside at your address. Drivers do not assist in the assembly of your product, and if you select this method, we recommend you have someone to help you bring your item indoors.
  • Threshold Delivery Your item will be delivered just over the first threshold of address. If stairs are required to access this threshold, you should select Room-Of-Choice delivery.
  • Room-of-Choice Delivery Your item will be delivered into the room of your choice, including one flight of stairs up or down.
  • Room-of-Choice Delivery & Assembly Your item will be delivered into the room of your choice, including one flight of stairs up or down. Your item will then be unpacked and fully assembled. All packaging will be removed after the assembly is complete. In some cases delivery and assembly will be scheduled for different times by the carrier.
  • Buy Online Pick-up Later This option is available for an assortment of large items and helps you save on shipping costs! Shipping is free with no minimum purchase. Exceptions may apply.

After the carrier receives your order, they will contact you to schedule a delivery time. Typically, carriers require a minimum four-hour window for delivery. An adult older than age 18 must be present and available to sign for the delivery.

Shipping costs are determined by item's size and weight, selected shipping method, and your delivery address.

What If I Never Received My Order?

If your order is past the estimated delivery date and has not arrived, contact us at centerteam@estellecote.com

If your order was marked as delivered but did not arrive, we recommend waiting 48 hours from the delivered notification before contacting customer service. Please also check side entrances, with neighbors, or in bushes to see if your package was misplaced.


Can I change my shipping information?

Our teams work very hard to begin processing orders as soon as they are placed. Because of this we are not able to change shipping information such as addresses, payment, and shipping methods.


Why was my order shipped in multiple packages?

Often times orders with multiple items arrive in multiple packages due to availability at our fulfillment locations. This will be notated in your tracking communications and you will receive separate tracking emails for these packages.


Rerutns &Exchange


· We accept returns of all items within 15 days of receival with the right to full refund. We charge a return fee that will be deducted from your refund. 

· A condition for a full refund of your return is that the goods are returned in the same condition as when you received the order. If the item has been used (other than to test the it), damaged, washed, altered or missing tags/labels, we are entitled by law to charge you a fee for the depreciation of the item.

· Due to health and hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetics and hygiene products are covered by the right of return only when the seal is fully intact. Underwear and swimwear should have hygiene stickers remaining.

· Estellecote reserves the right to reject the returns that are sent after the allowed return window of 15 days and/or otherwise outside of the Return policy. In case of declined return, we may send the items back to your main delivery address on your expense to cover the delivery costs.

· If you want to return an order, please register your climate compensated return. You will be provided with return instructions after registering.

· We aim to process your return and issue a refund within 14-21 days.

· Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.

· If you would like to change your item for a different color or size, please return your unwanted item and place a new order. 

· All items will be reviewed individually upon return. If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition we reserve the right to decline a refund and in case of non-compliance with this Return policy.

· We are not responsible for items that are returned to us by mistake.

· If the goods are damaged or faulty when delivered, always contact us at centerteam@estellecote.com. From there, you will be instructed to return the goods for a full refund.
